According to a Statistics Canada  first-quarter travel report (
http://www.statcan.ca/menu-en.htm), sun-seeking Canadians made Mexico, the Dominican Republic and Cuba their top three tourist overseas destinations. Over half a million overnight trips were made to Mexico between January and March of 2007, up 24.6 per cent from first quarter of 2006. This year trend will positively follow suit.

Seasoned Canadians who regularly spend their winter in Mexico are elated in the canadian dollar’s (CAD)  punch, allowing them to indulge in everything from import deli & groceries to winter homes.

Canadians considering buying real estate should cash in now with market conditions being highly favourable. Contact your qualified local Realtor in Cozumel Mexico.
